Key Details

Full-day classes commence at 9:00 AM and finish at approximately 4:00 PM. (Half hour lunch break) If you are attending a half-day class, your session will either be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Our team will be in touch via email to confirm the specific details of your booking. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your class or workshop.

For full-day workshops and one-week courses, there will be a one-hour lunch break scheduled during the day.

All necessary equipment is provided, so there’s no need to bring anything with you. However, you may wish to bring a notepad and pen if you’d like to make notes during your class.

Lunch will not be provided, unless specifically stated. There is a small kitchen on site with a microwave available for your use. Alternatively, you’ll find plenty of eateries nearby for a bite to eat. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

My Flower School is situated at 180 Main St Kangaroo Point. 4169  The school is easily accessible and just minutes away from Bus Route 234 and the Holman street Ferry Terminal.

Upon successful completion of either a One Week or Four Week Career Course, you will receive a MyFlowerSchool certificate.

Students from overseas must obtain the appropriate visa to study with us. If you require a letter to support your visa application, please contact our team at enquirires@myflowerschool.com.au We will confirm your booking and intended attendance to assist with your application.

If you have paid a deposit for a Career Course, please note the remaining balance is due in full four weeks before the course begins. A payment link will be sent to you for this purpose. Failure to pay the full balance by the deadline will result in your space being released for others to purchase.

If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, have tested positive, or are required to self-isolate, please do not attend the school. Instead, contact enquiries@myflowerschool.com.au to reschedule your booking.

Please note our Flower School is not specifically wheel chair friendly.

Prospectuses will be sent out for One Week and Career Courses only.

We do not offer a student loan scheme.

There is no private parking available at My Flower School. On street parking is available.

Only individuals aged 18 and over are eligible to attend the school unless accompanied by a supervising adult.

All lessons are delivered in English, with demonstrations and teachers available to support your learning. Translators are not provided.

The school is located near many hotels. We recommend researching and booking accommodation through your preferred website.

Our lessons feature flowers from trusted suppliers, reflecting the season. You will be able to take home the arrangements and flowers you work with each day. See 15.2 in T & C

While you cannot bring your own photographer, you are welcome to take photos yourself.

MyFlowerSchool may have a photographer present during certain lessons to document your experience. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please let us know.
